昔ながらの雰囲気を残しつつ、清潔感ある店内で、丁寧に作られた品のある味で濃すぎず塩加減も絶妙で非常に美味しい中華を食べることができます。 （比べるものではないかもしれませんが、都心の下手な有名店よりずっと美味しいのでは…と思っています） 個人的なオススメは青椒肉絲（牛肉のほう）、五目炒飯、麻婆豆腐、回鍋肉、水餃子（八角のたれが、美味しいのです）などなど。 とにかくメニューたくさんあるので、悩みます。 特に五目炒飯は具がいい感じに綺麗に切りそろえてあり、塩気もちょうど良く、ふんわり良い香りがする品のある味。 いくらでも食べられそう（笑） あと、青椒肉絲もピーマンや赤ピーマンが綺麗に歯触り口当たりがとても良く、計算して切っているのだろうかと思うくらい、美味しいです。 お酒も向こうのお酒の紹興酒など色々揃っています。瓶ビールを飲むことが多いですが、ハイボールもあったっけな？ 値段は安いチェーンと比べてしまえば少ししますが、大人数でくればあれこれ食べられますし、平日～土曜日はランチの定食がボリュームとバランス良くお得。気になった方でまずは気軽にランチで食べてみるのもいいかもしれません。 先代がお亡くなりになったのか、今の代の息子さんにバトンタッチされたようですが、 かなり昔からの常連のご年輩の婦人が 「味ぜんぜんお父様と変わらないわ。とっても美味しい」と先代の奥様に話してるのが印象的でした。（ちょっと感動してしまった） 客層は年配の方のファンが多いけど、若い人たちのファンも結構いて、西荻窪でずっと愛されているお店の一つです。

西荻窪をぶらついていると、気になりながらも、なかなか新規開拓をするには腰が重かったのですが、近くにあったアパートメントなかがわがいつの間にかに閉店しているのがショックで新規開拓の後押しになっちゃいました、 ◯木須肉定食 →料理が出来上がる前に、瓶ビールと焼売で準備運動をしましたが、とにかく味が上品というのが、第一印象です。恐らく此方、昼と、夜の印象が良い意味で変わるお店かと推測します。 数回伺いましたが、鶏そばが結構気に入りました。

ここは本格的な中華料理屋さんですね。外観は雰囲気が出てますが、中には円卓もあってそこそこスペースがあります。昼に美味しい麺を頂きましたが、次回はコースでしっかり食べたいお店です。 (追記)今回は夕食で再訪しました。豊富なメニューの中から、ビールと共に前菜二種(クコの実と大根甘酢と蒸し鶏の胡麻ソース)、老酒とともにイカの辛味ニンニク炒め、蟹卵甘酢半分がけをいただきました。辛すぎず旨味があるいい味付け。値段に比して量は控えめですが、納得のお味です。
